Every Capitol-built home comes with premium-quality included features.
Many of our Capitol-built homes feature premium-quality features like twin walk-in closets, 10-14 ft. ceilings, walk-in pantry, kitchen island and more at no extra charge. At Capitol Homes, we believe in providing extraordinary value and high quality features at an affordable price.
Premium windows are included in Capitol-built homes. As an added layer of energy savings, our impact-resistant windows are insulated, meaning that in addition to standing up to high winds, your windows will contribute to an overall reduction in energy consumption.
Not all impact-grade glass is created equal. The U-factor rating of single-pane impact windows is abysmal, and many builders will charge a hefty fee to upgrade to energy-efficient insulated windows. We won’t. All Capitol homes receive low-e argon-filled impact windows as an included feature. These are premium windows that help keep your home at a constant temperature by creating an airtight barrier to prevent leakage, and the insulating low-e coating and argon gas block UV rays from entering your home. These features work together to alleviate the stress on your heating and cooling systems and help keep your home comfortable year-round.
Countertops as unique as you
Granite countertops are included as an added-value feature to your kitchen and bath. A much-coveted feature in any home, the natural stone of your granite countertops brings the outside in, adding long-lasting beauty and value to your home. In addition to its superior durability, granite is stain, scratch, heat and bacteria resistant, plus they are eco-friendly. Its nonporous surface makes for easy cleanup and the unique depth of character will never fade. In fact, when it comes to upgraded materials that are not only beautiful but also family-friendly, there’s literally no better option – and it comes included in your new Capitol Home.
Engineering & site included services
Since we believe in keeping quality construction at the forefront from start to finish, we begin each home in our Designer and Signature Series with a graded 80’ x 125’ lot, subterranean termite treatment and a solid, steel-reinforced concrete block foundation. We work with Charlotte County regulatory boards to ensure proper permitting, inspections and compliance of all regulations.
